DELIVERY

Orders placed between Monday-Friday before 11:00 am GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and will ship within 1 business day for stocked items.

All orders placed after 11:00 am GMT will begin processing the following business day.

Orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 am GMT will begin processing on the following Monday.

YezziYezzirApparel.com will contact you via email to update you on the status of your order or if there are any complications with the order.

Our set delivery times do not apply to weekends or national holidays, none the less we aim for orders to arrive within two working days please be aware that this could sometimes be between 3-4 working days at the latest.

If you are not present when delivery is made our method of delivery service being the Royal mail should leave a card of the missed delivery with your tracking number, enabling you to collect your order from your local Royal mail depot.

RETURNS POLICY

If unsatisfied with your purchased item then you are entitled to return all undamaged items within a 14 day period of the order date.

No items will be accepted for refund after the 14 day period.

Yezzi Yezzir Apparel will refund you in the same method of your original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for the delivery of any product returns.
